DBT is a specific model of practice for consumers diagnosed with both mental health disorders and personality disorders, most frequently Borderline Personality Disorder. Through participation in both weekly individual and group therapy services, individuals in this program will learn the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life, increase their ability to focus on their life objectives and enhance their ability to constructively express themselves in interpersonal relationships.

Psychiatric services and supports are available to consumer receiving DBT services. After-hours coaching and crisis intervention services are available to DBT participants 24 hours a day.
